Refund policy

if you are ordering outside of Canada and choose "small packet international/USA air" for shipping, there is no coverage or tracking number for this option, and the print could take 1-3 months to reach you. There is no refund for this option.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

On average, packages take 10 business days for outside of Canada, but can be delayed by customs. 

Due to Covid, most prints are taking 3-4 weeks to reach their destination, please be patient and check your tracking number if you have one.

If you have paid for tracking and insurance, please contact me immediately about lost or damaged items to see what your options are.

Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email lindsayvanek.art@gmail.com to let me know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.

 

Shipping policy

     Stickers:  

Stickers are shipped separately from art prints. When purchasing with prints, you will be charged one lump sum for shipping but the items will arrive separately. Shipping for prints will automatically be set for the least expensive option (small packet international/USA), which does not offer tracking. We recommend a separate order if you are intending to buy prints as well as stickers in order to have more options for shipping.

     Shipping outside Canada:

If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays

Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.

If you choose "Small Packet International/USA Air", understand there is no tracking number, and the print could take 1-3 months to reach you. There is no refund for this option.
