      Shipping

My printing facility will choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, you will see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email. Your estimated delivery time will be given then as well.

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.

Stickers and prints are usually shipped separate from each other. You will be notified for each shipment individually, and will be given tracking info for each.

Prints are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to print and prepare your product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and is usually between 2-7 days. After this, it is shipped out.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your package yet, wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

 

      Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct. Please also check with your local post office to try locating the lost order in case it was sent there.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.


      Damaged Packages

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to lindsayvanek.art@gmail.com, and we will look into getting you a replacement at no expense to you.

      My Products

Prints:

prints are high-quality made on thick and durable matte paper. Each piece is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper. Measurements are in inches and represent the overall paper size.  

Limited Edition Prints:

these prints are archival giclée-printed on natural hot press fine art paper. They are printed on 12"x16" paper, image size approximately 10"x14". They are hand-finished with metallic details and ink. They are signed & numbered limited edition. These pieces take 1-3 weeks to ship out from purchase date.

Stickers:

stickers are printed on durable, high opacity adhesive vinyl which makes them perfect for regular use, as well as for covering other stickers or paint. The high-quality vinyl ensures there are no bubbles when applying the stickers.

T-Shirts:

T-shirts are premium high quality cotton, offered both in a fitted t-shirt up to 2LX and a more relaxed t-shirt up to 4XL. The measurement guide is provided in the product description in inches, based on the product lying flat.

 

      General Questions:

Do you take personal commissions?
Yes, on a regular basis I take on personal commissions, most often either portraits of family or public figures, fan art pieces, or wildlife paintings. Cost estimates vary depending on what a client is looking for, so you can email me at lindsayvanek.art@gmail/com for a consultation and general estimate based on the description of the piece you are looking for.

I really like one of your pieces of art, but I can’t find it for sale as a print.
Some pieces I don’t offer as prints if they were commissions, and some I don’t offer because of stock fees. However, please email me at lindsayvanek.art@gmail.com with an image of the piece of art you were hoping to have a print of, and I can see if I can make it available to you.

Will you be expanding your store to include more items?
This is something I am working on, but it will take time, as I run my business myself. It is important to me to sell good quality items for a reasonable price, which means that I go through the process of designing pieces and having test items shipped to me to insure the quality meets my standards first. I am only able to work on a few new products a month.
