Frequently Asked Questions
*Ordering Outside of Canada?
If you are ordering internationally and choose "small packet international/USA air" for shipping, there is no coverage or tracking number for this option, and the print could take 1-3 months to reach you. There is no refund for this option.
I try my best to keep shipping rates fair
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. The quoted rates are marked up slightly in order to cover some of my packaging costs – I use high-quality, recyclable packing materials to protect your items.
All shipping rates (excluding small packet international/USA air) include include tracking numbers and insurance to make sure your prints arrive to you safe and sound, or can be replaced if they are damaged. All prints are shipped in rigid cardboard flatpacks to ensure no damage to the print.

When will I receive my item?
For limited edition giclees, these are all hand-finished by me at the time of the placed order, so please allow an estimated 2 weeks before the shipment is sent out. After, shipment usually takes one week for delivery
Other items usually ship within a week of purchase.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.

Will you be expanding your store to include more items?
This is something I hope to eventually do, but it will take time.
Currently, I run my entire business myself. This includes getting my stock/shipping materials, running and updating my website and store, running my social media, answering emails and messages, processing shipments, etc
All on top of also being an artist and producing new pieces and taking on commissions.
To make sure things run smoothly and are affordable for everyone, I am keeping my store relatively small and mostly only offering prints, as they are what most people are after.
Will you ever have larger prints than 11”x14”?
For now, I only have 8”x10” and 11”x14” prints available for purchase, but I am looking into larger prints options for the future.
I really like one of your pieces of art, but I can’t find it for sale as a print.
Some pieces I don’t offer as prints if they were commissions, and some I don’t offer because of stock fees. However, please email me at email@example.com with a photo of the piece of art you were hoping to have a print of, and I can see if I can make it available!
What are the types of paper you use?
Regular prints are coated bond with a matte finish: a balance of durability and quality. Crisp, clean colours on sturdy coated bond paper to withstand warping and tearing.
limited edition prints are archival ink giclees on natural hot-press cotton paper. High quality, true colours, will last forever if taken care of, and looks exactly like the original.
I will eventually look into offering different paper stocks of prints, but for now to keep both your’s and my costs down, these are the only two I am offering.
If you have any other questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to answer them.
